Jojoba, or wild hazel, grows in the semi-desert regions of Mexico and Arizona. To withstand drought, its roots draw water from more than 30m deep.
More than an oil, it is a liquid wax extremely rich in unsaturated fatty acids, non-greasy and easily absorbed by the skin and hair. Its unique structure has made it a queen in cosmetics.
